The Seacoast design experts will meet with you by appointment for a free, in-store design consultation to help you create the perfect room. We are also available for in-home consultations.

From finding the perfect colors and fabrics for that custom piece, to choosing the right lighting, and accessories; our knowledgeable staff will help you find exactly what you are looking for and will put together different room plan options.

Color Schemes

Color schemes are created for both individual home owners and builders. Colors are chosen to compliment the homeowner's taste and enhance their style and can enhance the beauty of each model home, creating a warm, inviting feeling for every buyer that walks through the door.

Continued Service

Our design team will assist in restaging subsequent models for additional building phases of a development.

Installation

One professional design team is assigned to each model home project. The team is available to answer any questions throughout the design process and on-site for the installation.

Presentation

Design boards and/or floor plans will be presented to the home owner or builder at the project presentation.

Purchasing for Model Homes

Furniture, accessories, and window treatments are purchased for each model home.
